If you're ready to cool down and get cozy with all the comforts of Fall, Hallmark has a slate of SEVEN new movies planned for September 2023--four on Hallmark Channel and three on Movies & Mysteries.

Hallmark's Fall Into Love 2023 Movie Premieres

1.  Love in the Great Smoky Mountains:  A National Park Romance

Premieres:  Saturday, September 2 at 8pm Eastern (Hallmark Channel)

Starring:  Arielle Kebbel and Zach Roerig

Synopsis:  Former sweethearts reunite at an archeological dig in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. While working alongside each other and competing for the same research grant, they discover they might still have feelings for one another.

2.  Guiding Emily

Premieres: Friday, September 8 at 9pm Eastern (Hallmark Movies & Mysteries)

Starring:  Sarah Drew and Antonio Cupo

Synopsis: Emily sees her life veer off course after an accident leaves her permanently blind and she struggles to cope with her new reality. Meanwhile, a potential guide dog named Garth faces his own struggles in the training department. With Garth by her side Emily takes on her biggest challenge yet--opening her heart.

3.  Fourth Down and Love

Premieres: Saturday, September 9 at 8pm Eastern (Hallmark Channel)

Starring:  Pascale Hutton and Ryan Paevey

Synopsis: Sparks are reignited when a single mom and a pro football player coincidentally meet again on her daughter’s flag football field after his career is derailed by an injury.

4.  Haunted Harmony Mysteries:  Murder in G Major

Premieres: Friday, September 22 at 9 pm Eastern (Hallmark Movies & Mysteries)

Starring:  Tamera Mowry-Housley and Marco Grazzini

Synopsis: Former orchestra conductor Gethsemane Brown has moved to the Irish countryside to teach music at St. Brendan’s boarding school. After deciphering a cryptic musical message, she meets renowned composer Eamon McCarthy (Cooper), who is rumored to be behind the death of his longtime love. Complicating things further, Eamon’s a ghost! Eamon enlists Gethsemane’s help to find the real person responsible so that he can finally move on and reunite with his true love in the afterlife. With the ghost of Eamon tagging along, Gethsemane investigates, but faces resistance from the charming Inspector O’Reilly, who takes a liking to her but considers the case closed. Juggling her sleuthing with the job she was hired to do, Gethsemane meanwhile struggles to turn the motley crew of students at St. Brendan’s into a choir that can compete at Regionals, though a handsome math teacher Griff is able to help her gain some ground. But when her sleuthing brings her close to solving the case for Eamon, it looks like Gethsemane has only a ghost of a chance of making it out alive.




5.   Retreat to You 

Premieres:  Saturday, September 23 at 8pm Eastern (Hallmark Channel)

Starring:  Emilie Ullerup and Peter Mooney

Synopsis:  Abby and Sean were best friends in high school until they had a falling out at their graduation party. Years later, when Abby’s friend Rachel brings her to a wilderness retreat, she is shocked to run into Sean. This chance reconnection only results in the old friends butting heads even more. However, when the pair becomes separated from the group on a hiking trip, they must work together to find their way back to the campsite. As the walls come down, they'll face the reality of why their friendship and their lives fell apart and come to learn that maybe the way forward is together.

6.  Mystery Island

Premieres:  Friday, September 29 at 9pm Eastern (Hallmark Movies & Mysteries)

Starring:  Elizabeth Henstridge and Charlie Weber

Synopsis: London Police psychiatrist Dr. Emilia Priestly needs to take a relaxing break from her stressful job, so her wealthy friend invites her to Mystery Island, an immersive murder-mystery-themed resort hosting a special retreat for the original investors. As the mystery game begins, tragedy strikes when the resort’s reclusive founder is murdered. The visitors are confined to the island as local detective Jason Trent investigates the case. Once Emilia proves her innocence, she makes use of her special skills to help Jason find the murderer. The lines between game and reality are blurred as they unravel the web of romance, revenge, and betrayal behind the resort, its guests, and its elusive founder.

7.  A Very Venice Romance

Premieres:  Saturday, September 30 at 8pm Eastern (Hallmark Channel)

Starring:  Stephanie Leonidas and Raniero Monaco Di Lapio

Synopsis: Amy is a New York City executive working for a wellness company trying to launch deliverable meal prep kits. She needs to find an expert to help guide the venture and tries to woo Marcello Barone, an Italian chef. When Amy contacts him, he turns her down, so she enrolls in his cooking school in a Venetian palazzo. While there, Marcello introduces Amy to the slow-paced pleasures of Italy and shows her how the kits can be healthy by using fresh ingredients. But when the cooking course is over, and Amy fails to lure Marcello back to New York, will she go back or stay in Venice?

I think Guiding Emily looks like it could be a very poignant and emotional story.  I love the plot of Mystery Island, but I'm not a fan of Elizabeth Henstridge.  I have never seen Raniero Monaco Di Lapio in anything, but he looks like he could be a HOT leading man--we'll have to see how well he performs in A Very Venice Romance.

Starring:  Laura Osnes and Juan Pablo di Pace Released:  2021 (Fall Harvest) Summary:  An aspiring Master Sommelier returns to her family vineyard to study and is intrigued by the natural methods of the handsome new Argentinian winemaker. Magic happens when Hallmark actually uses talented actors instead of inexperienced "newbies." Jenna's Boyfriend, Aidan, Isn't A Weiner When a female lead already has a boyfriend before she meets her true love, Hallmark traditionally casts the secondary male character as a bit of a jerk, someone homely, or a puny fella so viewers won't get attached to him and be upset when he's kicked to the curb.  A recent example is Callie's ex-boyfriend, Joe, in Roadhouse Romance . Hallmark Announces 12 New Spring Movies for 2023! (*UPDATED* with More Movies & Printable Checklist!)

Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries are gearing up for some egg-cellent entertainment this spring, featuring twelve new movies that will premiere between both channels. Check out the list below to see which of your favorite Hallmark celebrities will headline each new movie and note their March and April 2023 air dates and times. UPDATED: Hallmark Announces FIVE New Movies for May 2023!

Between Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, fans have been treated to 12 new movies spanning March and April 2023.   As TV infomercials always tease, " But wait!  There's more !"   Hallmark is cranking out an additional FIVE  new movies during May 2023. 1.  When Love Springs Premieres May 6 at 8pm Eastern This movie uses the "fake boyfriend" trope.  Starring Rhiannon Fish and James William O'Halloran, the movie is about Rory (Fish) who goes to a quaint B&B on the lake where her parents are renewing their vows.  She bumps into the ex-boyfriend who broke who heart who is there with his new girlfriend.  To save face, Rory grabs onto the B&B owner, Noah (O'Halloran), and pretends he is her boyfriend.  Why would Noah go along with this charade?  The B&B is failing, but a travel blogger is coming to review the place.  With a background in PR, Rory offers to help Noah prepare in exchange for him pretending to be her boyfriend. Hallmark Announces SEVEN New Movies for July/August's "Summer Nights!" Get the Printable Checklist!

Hallmark revealed to ET  that they will premiere seven new movies for their annual Summer Nights celebration, starting July 29 and running through August 2023. Five movies will debut on the Hallmark Channel while two will appear on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries.
